BNB Holders Could Soon Get UAE Golden Visas

Binance may be looking into a program that would let BNB holders obtain the UAE’s 10-year Golden Visa by staking their tokens, potentially offering a more affordable route to long-term residency.

This consideration follows a similar initiative from the TON Foundation, which offers visas to applicants who stake $100,000 worth of TON tokens for three years and pay a $35,000 processing fee. The TON program allows users to retain control of their staked tokens, which are locked in a personal wallet via a smart contract, and earn an annual yield of 3–4%.

The Golden Visa provides significant benefits, including the right to live, work, and study in the UAE without a sponsor and 100% business ownership, costing significantly less than traditional investment routes.

However, former Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has expressed skepticism about the TON program’s official government affiliation, stating he hasn’t been able to independently verify its legitimacy.

While Binance’s plans for a similar BNB-based program are not yet confirmed, Zhao’s comments suggest it’s under consideration, potentially paving the way for new crypto-driven immigration solutions.
