WallStreetBets

Several major Wall Street firms, including Wells Fargo, Cantor Fitzgerald, and Jane Street, have dramatically increased their investments in Bitcoin-linked assets, according to new portfolio disclosures.

Wells Fargo boosted its stake in BlackRock’s IBIT to over $160 million, while Cantor Fitzgerald’s Bitcoin ETF holdings now exceed $250 million.

The most significant move came from Jane Street Group, which now holds $1.46 billion in IBIT, making it the firm’s largest single holding and surpassing its investment in Tesla.

These actions reflect a growing institutional appetite for Bitcoin via ETFs and crypto-focused equities like MicroStrategy.

Major Wall Street institutions continue to build significant and diversified positions in the crypto space. These strategic moves from major financial players highlight a carefully balanced, multi-channel approach to gaining exposure to digital assets.
