Interpol, Europol Issue Warrant for Hex Founder Richard Heart

Interpol has issued a “Red Notice” for Richard Heart, founder of Hex and PulseChain, at Finland’s request. Finnish authorities accuse him of tax evasion involving hundreds of millions of euros and assaulting a 16-year-old.

Europol’s website details the allegations, including an incident where Heart allegedly assaulted the teenager.

The notice, aimed at locating and extraditing him, was added to Europol’s database on December 18. This follows earlier reports in September of Finland pursuing Heart, who is also facing a U.S. SEC lawsuit for allegedly selling unregistered securities through his crypto ventures.

Heart responded cryptically to X, expressing confidence in his projects and dismissing the allegations. Attempts to contact him have been unsuccessful.

“My whole life I’ve been preparing for the future… I’ve never been safer and I’m excited for the future,” he wrote, adding that his cryptocurrency projects PulseX, PulseChain, and Hex are performing well. He concluded with a defiant tone: “It feels great to be wanted. Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come.”
