NFTs Can Now Be Posted on Facebook and Instagram: Details

According to a Monday official release, Meta now allows its users to share NFTs on Facebook and Instagram. Starting this week, Meta is testing digital collectibles with select US creators and collectors to share NFTs that they have created or purchased on Instagram.

Connecting a digital wallet, sharing digital collectibles, and automatically tagging the creator and collector are all part of the feature. This will bring NFTs to nearly 3 billion users across both platforms.

There will be no fees associated with posting or sharing a digital collectible on Instagram or Facebook, according to Meta. In a recent blog post, Meta writes, “As we continue to roll out digital collectibles on Facebook and Instagram, we’ve begun to allow people to post digital collectibles that they own across both Facebook and Instagram.”

There will be no fees associated with posting or sharing a digital collectible on Instagram or Facebook, according to Meta. In a recent blog post, Meta states that “as we continue rolling out digital collectibles on Facebook and Instagram, we’ve started giving people the ability to post digital collectibles that they own across both Facebook and Instagram.”

“This will enable people to connect their digital wallets once to either app in order to share their digital collectibles across both.” This brings the two Meta apps even closer together in the metaverse, allowing users to keep their NFTs on both platforms.

At the start of 2022, Twitter was one of the first social media platforms to embrace NFTs. Meta pioneered the use of NFT on Instagram in the spring. It only allows usage on its two most popular social media platforms.
