The Uniswap Foundation spent $5.79 million in 2024 to fund operations and grow its ecosystem, while generating $1.11 million in revenue from donations and investments.
Payroll was the largest expense at $3.13 million, followed by $1.68 million for professional services and smaller amounts for marketing, events, and insurance.
Despite this, the Foundation ended the year with $29.8 million in fiat and stablecoins, plus 0.59 million UNI tokens.
In 2024, it committed $14.8 million in grants and disbursed $9.9 million—largely supporting developer programs like Uniday and global hackathons.
Additional funding supported research and governance initiatives. Finance head Natalia Ra called the year a key turning point for aligning the Uniswap ecosystem and capturing long-term value.
